1. Acceptance of Terms and Description of Service

The Site provides a free online random picker that allows users to select a result from names, text, or other entries they provide. The Site currently:

• Does not provide official witnessing, legal certification, or third-party auditing of drawings.

2. Permitted Uses

3. Picked Results and Randomness

Picked results are generated by programming executed in the user’s browser. Because results may be affected by the program, browser, device environment, list content, and method of use, the Site does not guarantee that a result:

• Meets cryptographic security standards.
• Has been witnessed or certified by a third party.
• Is suitable for a legally regulated drawing.
• Completely excludes device failure, human action, or technical errors.
• Meets the selection standards of a particular industry, organization, or regulatory authority.

Before making a pick, users should confirm that their list, selected settings, and event rules are correct. Users are responsible for deciding whether to record, publish, or rely on a result.

When an event requires formal witnessing, a verifiable random procedure, complete activity records, or third-party certification, users should use a professional service designed for that purpose.

4. Unsuitable Uses

The Site should not be used as the sole basis for decisions involving significant rights or high-risk matters, including:

• Recruitment, dismissal, promotion, or disciplinary action.
• Medical, mental health, or care decisions.
• Financial, investment, insurance, or lending decisions.
• Allocation of legal rights or obligations.
• Admission, eligibility reviews, or benefit distribution.

• Formal drawings requiring witnessing, auditing, or legal certification.

Users must not represent Site results as having been certified by a government authority, notary, lawyer, accountant, third-party auditor, or other professional organization.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Site, you must not:

1. Use the Site for unlawful gambling, fraud, infringement, or other illegal activities.
2. Enter, distribute, or process unlawful, threatening, hateful, harassing, or rights-infringing content.
3. Use another person’s personal information without reasonable authority.
4. Attempt to damage, interfere with, bypass, or improperly test the Site’s security measures.
5. Use automated programs to send excessive or abnormal requests to the Site.
6. Distribute malware, viruses, or other content that may interfere with the Site.

Using the Site to conduct an ordinary drawing does not constitute prohibited resale or redistribution. However, users may not copy the Site and present it as a product they developed themselves.

6. User-Provided Content

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate purpose and sufficient authority to use any names, text, or other content entered into the Site.

Users should not enter unnecessary sensitive information unrelated to the purpose of the picker, including:

• National identification, passport, or document numbers.
• Phone numbers, complete addresses, account details, or passwords.
• Banking, credit card, medical, or health information.
• Other information that may expose an individual to risk.

Teachers, parents, companies, or event organizers who enter the names of students, employees, minors, or participants are responsible for ensuring that their use complies with applicable requirements and serves a reasonable purpose.

7. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, rights relating to the Site’s name, branding, written content, interface design, images, programming, and other website materials belong to the Site operator or their respective lawful owners.

Users may access the Site through a standard web browser and use it for the permitted purposes described above. This does not transfer ownership of the Site’s content, branding, or programming to the user.

Without prior permission from the relevant rights holder, users may not substantially copy the Site’s content, modify and impersonate the Site, repackage or resell its programming, or use its branding in a way that falsely implies cooperation, authorization, or endorsement.

Rights in lists and text entered by users remain with the user or the original rights holder. Using the Site does not transfer those rights to the Site.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is not responsible for:

• Incorrect, incomplete, or duplicated entries supplied by users.
• Users selecting an unsuitable picker setting.
• Users failing to establish or follow event rules.
• Browser, device, network, hosting, or third-party service failures.
• Users failing to save a picked result.
• Unauthorized use of another person’s information.
• Use of the Site for unsuitable or high-risk purposes.
• Indirect, incidental, or special losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects rights granted to users by mandatory law.

10. Third-Party Services and External Links

The Site may use hosting, analytics, and other third-party technology services to operate the website and improve the user experience. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The Site cannot control every aspect of their content, systems, or operation.

When the Site provides a link to an external website, the link is offered for information or convenience only. It does not necessarily mean that the Site endorses all content on that website, has a business relationship with it, or guarantees its services.

11. Responses to Violations
